Walter Liles

Youth Training Instructor & Personal Trainer

I decided to become a personal trainer having spent over 25 in the military to include the USMC and not the US Army. My entire life I have been expected to maintain a high level of fitness regard of life’s struggles, getting older and anything else that could get in the way. I want to share my experiences and training habits to clients of all ages to show that nothing can stop the truly determined.

I lost my parents at a younger age from cancer and heart disease so staying healthy has become a goal of mine for more than one reason. Staying active is essential not only for my career, but more importantly to keep up with the many activities my teenage daughter demands of me.

I care about my clients and there’d nothing I’m more passionate about than assisting someone go through an experience that brings happiness, confidence, and strength. Whether recovering from injury, overweight, wanting to get strong or any other desire I want to be there to help bring about the desired change.

I empathize that life can sometimes get in the way with working out. I have used every excuse in the book. But taking the first step is the easiest and the hardest thing we will ever do. I have now began using my experiences to build and implement a program that is effective, attainable, and proven to work. I’m available early mornings and late evenings.

I am always perusing further education to assist my clients. Whether personal training or life coaching I am here and willing to help. I always strive to be more physically, emotionally, and spiritually fit. I look forward to training with you.

Chris Walker (Lil Chris)

Boot Camp Instructor and Personal Trainer

Hey there! I’m Chris Walker (Lil Chris), and I’m a certified personal trainer through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’ve been involved with the fitness industry all my life, with my last training job through a gym being BurnRate Fitness. My father, while I was growing up, kept me active and helped me with the drive to train on my own. I’ve played on high level soccer teams and have put my foot in many other sports as well. I decided to become a trainer because I enjoy seeing others transform. With one of those being the physical transformation, and the other being the lifestyle transformation. What I focus on in my training, whether that be group boot camps or individual training, is to get you in the mindset to where you’re feeling better about yourself. Helping you feel comfortable in your own skin. I do enjoy more sport oriented training as well, working with young or older athletes that want to try and take their athleticism to the next level or even just get back into their sport.

Lana Decker

 Personal Trainer

I have always been involved in sports volleyball, basketball, soccer, exc. and really got into working out/lifting during college after seeing my track mates lifting on gym days. They were super strong just for field and track but it got me thinking, “the stronger I get.. the further I can throw the javelin.” Moving forward through college, I wanted to be in law enforcement or the military when I got out and I knew I had to be strong so I kept training/lifting. After being in law enforcement for two years, I finally decided to join the army and thought, if I have my personal training certification, it would not only help me though basic, but I could help others if they wanted to join military or law enforcement/fire. While my certification did end up helping others during basic, I wanted to be able to help others that just want to better themselves, whether that is just bodybuilding/training for fun, or wanting to or is currently in the military/law enforcement/fire (certified and specialize in tactical conditioning), I’m your person! I also strongly believe in positive body image and self confidence and with that, one of my favorite quotes is: comparison is the thief of joy. -Theodore Roosevelt
